Active Meditations are those that are designed to help us unwind, let-go of stress, & unburden the heart. Shaking, dancing, humming, sharing, communicating & other forms of movement can help release tight, blocked energies in our bodies & emotions. Active Meditations focus on body movements & breath work.

With the hectic world we live in, meditation seems to be becoming more relevant as each day passes. Looking at the way we live our lives today leads to more blocking of our energy and emotions than ever. This makes it difficult to still the mind and be in touch with ourselves at all, often making true well-being difficult.

We shall practice Active Meditations, Dance, enjoy Audios/Videos and connect with each other.

It teaches us how to live totally in this present moment, rather than dwelling unnecessarily on the past or future, and by doing so, it brings a new vivid quality into our daily lives.
