Yoga means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. The Asana or yoga poses increase efficiency of digestive system. Most important is asana balance nervous system and hormones. Loving Yoga focuses on how to integrate Yoga in daily life.
Practices of Yoga doesn’t mean how much different asana you do but how efficiently you do the asana.
